I first met Virginia through the Barbin family, almost 19 years ago. She welcomed me into her home and greeted me like one would an old friend. Although I only visited with her a few times over the years due to numerous military moves, she always showed a true interest in my life whenever we spoke. When I think of Virginia I will always remember her quiet elegance and sincere kindness.
