Age 83, of McMurray, peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Devine, Jr.; Loving mother of Jeffrey (Jeff Watson) Devine and the late Brian (Jennifer - surviving) Devine; Proud Grandmother of Kristin and Dr. Danielle Devine; Sister of JoAnn (Jerry) Maier and the late Mary Rovilea; Sister-in-law of the late Thomas (Corann - surviving) Devine and Albert (Jeanne - surviving) Devine; Daughter of the late Frank and Antoinette Rovilea; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Annette was a nurse practitioner. Throughout her career she worked in various positions including the Allegheny County Health Department as a Home Health Nurse, Magee Women’s Hospital Nurse, Pittsburgh School Nurse and was a member of the group of nurses to pilot the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Position to the Pittsburgh Public Schools from which she retired after 35 years of service.
