She was never afraid to speak her mind, which I always admired. It may not have been what I wanted to hear, but it was the truth, and I was most grateful. Condolence: Martha and I worked together at Peters High School. She was fun, brilliant, strong--and all the traits that one would wish for in a friend. We also shared a love of fashion and spent some frivolous time in admiration of what was going on in the fashion world. We also shared a love of live theater and frequently saw each other at the Pittsburgh Public Theater.
I am so blessed to have had her in my life. Sincere condolences to her family. She will be missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to have her light cast on us.
