Obituary for Susan Rae Williams (Mattson)
Susan R. (Mattson) Williams, 63, of Willoughby, OH, beloved wife of Rev. Jack Williams, passed into the presence of her precious Savior on Monday, March 22, 2021 at home, surrounded by her family.
The family will receive friends from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Upper St. Clair Alliance Church, 2510 Old Washington Road, Upper St. Clair, PA. Funeral services will be held at the Church on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11 AM.
Susan and Jack served many years together in ministry in Tionesta, Mahaffey, Upper St. Clair and Indiana, PA and the last seven years at the former Maplegrove Alliance Church in Willoughby Hills, OH.
Survivors are her husband of 42 years, Rev. Jack Williams; daughters, Jaclyn Williams (fiancé, Ben Begley) and Katie (Michael) Henson; granddaughters, Ellie, Evie and Izzy and siblings, Cindy Mattson, Karen Wilson, Lisa (Dan) Garcia and Raymond Mattson. She also leaves her sister-in-law, Laurie Mattson, nieces, nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Eleanore (Powell) Mattson and her brother, Michael Mattson.
Private family interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Cecil Township, PA.
