Robert Johnson Quinn of Peters Township was called to Heaven by our Lord on March 1st, 2023 to be reunited with his father Robert J. Quinn, stepfather Paul F. Laughlin, his sister Elizabeth Leigh Quinn, and others who love him and preceded him in passing. He is survived by and will live on through the love of his life, his devoted wife of nearly 28 years Beth (nee Ripepi), his three amazing sons Robby, Philip, and Sam, his mother Priscilla Quinn Laughlin, his sister Anita Difenderfer (William), his sister Diana Currie (James), and his adoring nieces, nephews, Godchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many, many other family and friends that love and will dearly miss him. Our earthly loss is, indeed, Heaven's gain. A graduate of the Mt. Lebanon class of 1986 and Bethany College class of 1990, Rob started Quinntech LLC, a leading orthopaedic hardware surgical supplier in the western Pennsylvania region. His exemplary work ethic, honesty, loyalty, and outgoing personality allowed him to enrich the lives of everyone he met through his work. A loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, Rob will be remembered as a man that would always make you smile and laugh. Rob’s happiness was contagious. A great outdoor cook and supplier of libations, Rob was never at a loss to have or further a good time. He is a legend. It is our hope that there is a bourbon/cigar bar in Heaven. "Quinner" as he was known, was a great athlete excelling at soccer, lacrosse, and cycling and quickly after his wedding became a great outdoorsman, sharing adventures worldwide with family and friends. His passion for hunting, fishing and sports was quickly ingrained in his sons. “Opening Day” was Rob’s Christmas morning. Rob was always quick to help anyone in need and checked in regularly with everyone he loved. His capacity for love is unmatched. It was evident that his life’s greatest joy was his three sons. He was so very proud of the young men they have become. A member of the Saint Benedict the Abbot Parish, Rob was a devout Catholic who was a stalwart example of everything good in our faith. Rob will be missed by many and his loving, kind, funny, and loyal memory will be cherished by everyone he knew. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Robert Johnson Quinn's honor at the St. John XXIII Parish, Saint Benedict the Abbot Roman Catholic Church, 120 Abington Dr. McMurray, PA 15317 on Monday March 6th at 10:00 AM with interment immediately following. At his specific request, a celebratory remembrance party for his family and close friends of Quinner will follow. Please add or view tributes at www.beinhauer.com
