Michele M Vodzak (Vargo)
On January 17, 2023, Michele passed away peacefully in her sleep after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on April 21, 1966, in Pittsburgh PA to Maxine Vargo and the late Frank “Sonny” Vargo. Survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Gary Vodzak, her daughter, Carly, and her pride and joy, her granddaughter, Aria Kayla. Also surviving are her brothers, Frank (Mary Lou) Vargo, Gregg (Michele) Vargo, and Bryce Vargo, brother-in-law Dennis Vodzak, sister-in-law, Cindy (George) Morgan, and mother-in-law, Louis Jean Vodzak, a loving aunt, Suzanne Dimun, nieces Amanda (Nate) Schreiber, Liz Vargo, Vanessa Vargo, Tori Morgan, and nephews Bill (Ashley) Vodzak and Nate Vargo, and many other loved ones. She was preceded in death by her beautiful daughter, Kayla Jean whom she is now reunited with in Heaven. Her dog, Riley will miss her cuddles with her mommy. Michele was loved by all who knew her. She will be missed by all. A special thank you to all the nurses and doctors at the Peters Township Health Pavilion cancer center.
Services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, at Beinhauer Family Funeral Home, 2820 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm. A blessing service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the funeral home at 11 am.
