Mary Jane "Midge" Palmer
Age 89, of Savannah, GA (Formerly Upper St. Clair), on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Beloved wife for 52 years to the late Frank Palmer Sr.; loving mother of Frank Jr. (Sally) and Tom (Lauri); loving grandmother of Jane and Wells and sister to seven siblings. Mary Jane is survived by many nieces and nephews. After working for US Steel for many years, Mary Jane became a stay-at-home mother after marrying Frank Sr. Family was most important to Mary Jane and staying connected to relatives and close family friends was a priority for her. As the last surviving member of her immediate family, phone calls and letters were her way of staying connected and involved in the lives of those she loved, which gave her much joy. Family and friends are welcome at Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray (724-941-3211), on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Louise de Marillac Church.
