Obituary for Mary Ann "Bunny" Lydon (Brown)
Mary Ann “Bunny” (Brown) Lydon, age 91, formerly of Joliet, Il, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022.
She was a graduate of Joliet Jr. College and also attended Lewis College. Mary Ann’s talents were many, an accomplished seamstress and gardener, a beloved wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed traveling with her family throughout the United States and abroad and later in life spent summers in Falmouth, MA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James Gavin Lydon “Jim” formerly of Boston, MA; her parents, Pliny B. and Ruth Scully Brown; a sister, Ruth Ellis and a brother William Brown. Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Kate and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. All services will be private.
