Maria passed on November 30, 2022, at the age of 79. She was a resident of Baldwin Township and will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 53 years, Leo Latona. Maria was a wonderful mother to Robert (Patricia) Latona and Michelle (John) Mattiello. Maria is also survived by her grandchildren Zachary, Victoria, Nicholas, Christian, Nathan, Collin and Brianna. Maria was born in Italy and is preceded by her mother Gina Silletto, father Zefferino Siletto, sister Luciana Siletto and brother Sergio Siletto. She was the sister-in-law to Rosemary Galuzzio (Tony), Irene Coletto (Luie), Luise Young (Ray), Leona Miller (Frank), Delores Manfredo (Sam), Patricia Latona, Andrew Latona (Arlene), Patrick Latona, William Latona.

Maria was a wonderful wife and mother who loved her family dearly. She will be deeply missed, and her love and laughter will be fondly remembered by those who were lucky to be a part of her life. Family and friends are invited from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 to the Beinhauer & Son Funeral Home, 2630 West Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216 where a parting prayer service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday December 7, 2022. Burial will take place at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
