Jean "Jeanni" Olenak
Age 66, of Cecil Township, formally of South Side and Munhall, passed peacefully with grace and dignity on Friday, November 11, 2022.
Beloved wife of 44 years and high school sweetheart of David Olenak; loving mother and best friend of Krissy Olenak; caring sister of Robert (Anne Geraud) Borkoski and Lynda (Robert) Flynn.
Jeanni worked for Cigna Insurance and while there she earned her BA in Human Resources from Duquesne University. She spent most of her professional career working at PNC where she held the title of Employee Relations Investigator. While working in her many positions she made many good friends along the way that she still keeps in touch with today.
Jeanni was loved by everyone and is known for putting a smile on many faces besides being the life of the party. She always had a positive outlook on everything and knew exactly how to make everyone feel good. She exuded confidence in everything she did.
She loved wine and food pairing dinners, sampling wines, Grey Goose Martinis and spending time in the Finger Lakes. Of the many people and friends in her life she had a special bond with her “Seven Lucky Sisters” with which she spent many years going on vacations and enjoying laughs together. Jean’s jovial spirit and contagious laughter will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends and Family are welcome at 2828 Washington Rd., McMurray, 724-941-3211 on Saturday November 19, 2022 from 2-7pm. A celebration of life service will begin at 7pm that evening.
