Obituary for Harold John "Hal" Hasley Jr.
Harold “Hal” Hasley of Mt. Lebanon passed away on April 25, 2023 at age 85.
Beloved husband to the late Lois Hasley. Loving father of Debbie (Greg) Costa; Sharon Gratzmiller; Christine Barnard and Holly (Paul) Atkins. Father-in-law of Bob Gratzmiller. Cherished grandfather of Justin (Randee), Lindsay, Timothy (Alana), Brie, Robert, Danielle, and Nicole. Great- grandfather of Stephen and Myles. Hal is the brother of Dolores Hasley and the late James Hasley.
Hal served in the United States Navy aboard USS Damato, a ship not a boat! He had a long career with Alcosan and was a volunteer fireman for Mt. Lebanon Township for over 40 years. Hal welcomed everyone to his home for a cold beer and was known to lend a hand to anyone in need of help.

Family and friends are welcome Thursday, April 27, 2023 2:00-8:00 p.m. A Fireman’s Service will be held at the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to your local volunteer fire department.
