Obituary for Eileen Mary Rita Shields
Age 81, of Castle Shannon, formerly of Oakland, on Friday, December 16, 2022.
Eileen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard O. Shields of 47 years.
Eileen is survived by her children, Kathleen Rita, Kenneth Richard (Kess) Shields, Kimberly Rae (Joseph) Kanoza, Kelly Renee (Paul) Kiefer. Grandchildren Ashley (William) Mc Givern, Lauren (Dennis) Angle, Danielle Koval, Joseph Z Kanoza, Jacob Kanoza, Morgan Kiefer, Owen Shields, Joshua Richard Kanoza, Olivia Shields, Orion Shields. Her great grandchildren Kassidy, Drake, Lillie, Karter, Brady, Adilyn, Paityn and Austin.
Her sisters Patricia and Deborah as well as her brother Wayne, and proceeded in death by her brother Paul. Eileen was an entrepreneur owning her own business, A Fresh Touch Cleaning Service, for over 10 years. Of the many accomplishments Eileen had in her lifetime one of her most proud was when she graduated from Keystone Oaks high school in 2013 at the age of 71.Eileen was born February 14, 1941 to Paul, Walter Tysarczyk and Ella Philomena Vanmaele. Being born on Valentine’s Day, Eileen had a heart to match. She was a loving mother to four a cherished grandmother “Mammy” of 10 and great grandmother to eight. She loved spending time with family, watching the Steelers and the Pittsburgh pirates as well as playing the slots. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS.
