On Saturday, December 17, 2022, Age 89, of Peters Township. Donna was born in Mt. Washington on June 12, 1933, a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Blanche Edna (Ziegler) Shanley. She was the beloved wife for 66 years to the late William Nicholson; loving mother of Wesley Robert (Mary Beth) Nicholson, Karen S. Reynolds and the late Kathy Ann Nicholson; grandmother of Rachel (Aaron) Everdyke, Rebecca (Mike) Allen and Benjamin Nicholson and Alexxandra and Maxx Reynolds; great-grandmother of Raina Everdyke and Harrison Allen; sister of Larry Randolph Shanley and the late Rudell May (Shanley) Boehm and David W. Shanley; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Donna spent most of her adult years in Mt. Lebanon. She retired from Buick Motor Division, General Motors Corporation after 20 years of service. She was an accomplished golfer and was proud to say she achieved a hole-in-one. Donna enjoyed sewing, reading, cards and playing pool.
