Age 81, of Canonsburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Born on September 4, 1935 in Staten Island, NY, he was the son of Vincent Buckley and Elizabeth Pano. He spent his early years on Staten Island and, in summer, Mill Rift, PA. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Mary Martin. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and, for 33 years, owned with his business partner the employment agency of Robert Lohrke and Associates. Second only to his family was his passion for the game of golf. He was an avid golfer throughout his entire life and participated as a marshal in the US Open on three different occasions. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray (724-941-3211).
