Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Claire Doreen Moore of Providence Point, formerly of Upper St. Clair, died on December 31, 2021, at age of 91. Born November 25, 1930, in Port Colborne, Ontario, Claire was the daughter of the late Larry and Gladys Hatch and sister of Elizabeth Brown, Barbara Veazey and Eleanor Hansen. Claire graduated from Mt Lebanon High School in 1948 and attended Grove City College. At age 20, she married Robert G. Moore of Sharon, PA, her beloved husband of 64 years until his passing. Claire took great pride and joy in her sons and daughters-in-law: Richard (deceased), Scott (Nancy), Christopher (Kim - deceased) (Laurie) and William (Teri). Claire’s pride and joy extended to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They all remember her as being fun loving, resourceful and devoted to her husband, family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM on January 8, 2022, at Providence Point Chapel, 500 Providence Point Boulevard, Pgh., PA 15243.
