It is with great sadness to announce Christine (Tina) L. Moran, age 79, of Upper Saint Clair, formerly of the Southside, suddenly passed November 18th, 2022. Beloved wife of 56 years of Tim Moran. Loving mother of Melissa Moran (Michael) and Timmy (Marjorie Marin Mena) Moran. Cherished grandmother of Kevin Amrhein (Ashley), Bobby Lardin, and Beasley (Beez) Moran Marin. Dear sister of the Patricia Glowacki and the late Tony Glowacki. Tina was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Vera Glowacki. Also survived by many other cherished family and friends.
Colossians 3:13: "Bear with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgive each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive."
1 Corinthians 13:4-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
Creative, eccentric, deeply caring, wildly social, unfiltered, cultured, critical, loving, and loved. Christine experienced life and encouraged everyone in her presence to embrace the full range of humanity.
Moreover, she lived in truth and cared for her family and friends, which appeared to be every person she encountered, even a stranger who just won $5 dollars at a slot machine. Her burden and her joy, like every human being, was this world.
Her care and love for everyone was deep and courageous.
Courageous because she always put others ahead of herself with the inherent risk of losing herself, and despite that risk and the incredible challenge she faced with Alzheimer’s, stubborn, strong, and dignified, she has carried on into the next life emphatically as herself.
As in the meaning of her name and the way she lived her life exemplifies, she has certainty found peace in her faith, her conviction to her savior Jesus Christ, and the love that grace provides eternally.
Please, let us all follow in her path and honor the love she gave freely and deeply to everyone.
And for Heaven sakes put on some pants!
