My Uncle Barrie was definitely a "fun" uncle -- upbeat and always ready to share a laugh. His warmth and enthusiasm were contagious, and he never hesitated to offer help when needed. He was a terrific husband to Arlene and a patient, loving dad to Shaun and Chris. (And, if possible, he was an even more doting grandpa!) His generous spirit and upright character won him friends in many spheres of life, and he is missed by all who knew him.
