Obituary

Audrey Herman, 82, of Marianna, passed peacefully Sunday, April 12, 2020, with her loving family by her side, following a year-long battle with cancer. She was born January 26, 1938, a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Geyer Stead.

She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

On April 30, 1960, she married the love of her life, Wayne H. Herman, whom survives. They had 60 years of a wonderful marriage together.

Dear Wayne and Herman Family,

I’m so sad to discover that Audrey, my other mother, has passed. I refer to Audrey as my other mother often because so for many years we commuting to Fairmont Supply and we had great mother to son conversations. I will never forget her laugh, it was full of life. . With all her pets I thought she worked to feed them.

I feel so bad for not staying in touch with Audrey. She was really great and made my commute to Fairmont Supply a real pleasure.

My thoughts and prayers are with Audrey and The Herman Family.
