Douglas “ Doug” K. Pine

Douglas K. Pine, Age 57, of Canonsburg, passed peacefully on October 3, 2021 holding hands with his wife and children. He was the beloved husband of Mary Held Pine; loving father of Andrew Charles Pine of New York City ,NY. and Margaret Mary “Maggie” Pine of Lexington, KY, and his loyal and true furry companion, Beau. Son of the late Charles K. and Janice W. Pine; Loving brother of Dale W. Pine of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many many cherished friends and neighbors.

Doug received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, where he met his wife Mary, of 31 years. He held various financial accounting jobs and was most recently employed by Arlanxeo USA. Doug loved all sports but especially golf, football and hockey. He enjoyed the outdoors, walking with his wife and dog or spending time with good friends. He liked to tinker with odd jobs and projects around the house and enjoyed listening to music, including overnight talk radio, much like his mother and grandmother.
